Our Services
Last year our crew replaced 125 residential roof systems in the greater Salem area. Every roof is different, but our policies and dedication to quality remain the same. When you hire a roofer, you probably have expectations, but there are things we do every day that are taken for granted. We are used to going beyond common expectations to get the job done. Your project and satisfaction are of great importance to us.

No Obligation
Our approach is not pushy. We strive to provide options and education to the extent desired. Of course, we want you to know about us, the materials we like to use and how we install them. But only as much as you’re comfortable with.

Metal Roofing
Metal roofing is an amazing way to make your roof stand out in the neighborhood. We fabricate our own mechanically-fastened standing seam panels onsite.
Shingles
Asphalt shingles are one of the things we do best, and there are dozens of cool options. We can help you choose a style, color and design for your home.
Skylights
Always wanted a skylight? The best time to get one is with your new roof! The Velux brand is our favorite. Check out their website for more information.
Ice & water Shield
Almost every shingle manufacturer makes its own asphalt-based ice/water shield or equivalent that seals directly to the plywood and around fasteners.
Flashing
With every roof replacement, we replace the flashing on your roof. It may surprise you to learn how many places your roof depends on flashing to shed water, including brick chimneys, stove pipes, valleys, end walls, too-to-walls, eaves, gables, vents and plumbing pipe penetration points.
Plywood
We believe there are many reasons for CDX to be considered a better option for roof decks, but one stands above the rest: superior fastener holding power. We tear off old roofs every day and some shingles are fastened better than others.
Underlayment
The underlayment is very important as a second layer of defense against the elements. We use high performance synthetic underlayment with every project. It does not tear, blow away, or wrinkle. It stands up to UV rays for up to 6 months by itself, shelters the roof from rain storms and heavy wind.
Ventilation
More homes than you may imagine are under-ventilated. Lack of correct ventilation can cause many problems above and below the roof deck, including premature failure of the roofing system and wet-rot of the plywood due to built-up condensation.
