More homes than you may imagine are under-ventilated. Lack of correct ventilation can cause many problems above and below the roof deck, including premature failure of the roofing system and wet-rot of the plywood due to built-up condensation.

On our initial visit, we will assess the status of your home’s ventilation and advise you if action needs to be taken. We are always careful to add necessary ventilation to the roof, whether it be intake or exhaust, since this is a vital part of protecting your investment.
