2017 Season

This year we refined the safety program to include job start protocols, job site check lists and zero-tolerance fall protection protocols. We brought in a full time safety officer to run tool box talks, safety meetings and run the safety committee. We carried between 24-32 employees during the low and the high parts of the year, and continued buying trucks for new crews, outfitted with utility boxes and cargo racks to match the rest of the fleet. In 2017 our sales and workforce numbers doubled again from the 2015 calendar season. We increased our sales force to respond to the increased call volume and service needs of potential customers.

The employee controls and safety training, which we had started developing in the previous season, this year evolved into official safety programs, employee handbooks and tool manifests for each crew & vehicle. In 2016 our sales and workforce numbers doubled again from the 2014 calendar season.

2013 Season

In our first calendar year of business, we made some really great progress. First, we went from no crew members (solely owner operated) to employing a crew of six roofers during the summer! We are very proud of our crew’s performance. Our key employees (product installers) have gone through the coursework and testing required for credentialed status from our preferred manufacturers – Malarkey & CertainTeed Roofing Products.
